Marketing ? Setup ? General ? Sizes
Sizes are used to categorize organizations based on factors, such as the number of employees in that organization, annual revenue, and market capitalization. Sizes are used to group the accounts (for example customers and suppliers) and efficiently manage the accounts.
All users are able to access this page to view the sizes. However, to create, modify, or delete sizes, function right 119 – Maintain company size is required. By default, users with the Administrator role have this function right.
Note:
The information in this document is applicable to product update 240 and higher. If you have versions lower than this, certain features explained here will not be applicable.
Keep in mind: All fields with the “!” icon is mandatory.
Click this to update the results.
Click this to create an entry for size. For more information, see Creating and modifying sizes.
Click this to delete the selected sizes.
Note: This is available only if you have function right 119 – Maintain company size.
Click this to exit.
You can delete a size by selecting the corresponding check box, and then click Delete. To select all the listed sizes at once, select the check box at the header of the list. Clear the check box at the header of the list to clear the selection of sizes at once.
This column displays the codes of the sizes. You can click the hyperlink to view or modify the corresponding size. For more information, see Creating and modifying sizes.
This column displays the descriptions of the sizes.
