At this page, you can analyze requests according to your defined criteria.
Workflow/Reports/Requests/Quality analysis
All users can perform the quality analysis of request based on the user’s security level.
For more details on what you can do with function rights or levels, go to System/Setup/Security/Function rights, select the required module, and then click on the relevant ID. To find out the functions you can perform with a particular role, go to System/Setup/Security/Roles, type in the description, click Refresh, and then click the required link under the Role column.
Click this to display the results according to the defined criteria.
Note: Once you have clicked this button, the name of the button will change to Refresh.
Click this to update the results according to the defined criteria.
Click this to clear the defined criteria so that you can start a new search.
Click this to exit.
Select any of the following to analyze the requests by the selected option:
Request types – Select this to analyze requests based on the Request types of the requests.
Item 1 – Select this to analyze requests based on Item 1 linked to the requests.
Item 2 – Select this to analyze requests based on Item 2 linked to the requests.
Person – Select this to analyze requests based on the Person linked to the requests.
Account – Select this to analyze requests based on the Account linked to the requests.
Project – Select this to analyze requests based on the Project linked to the requests.
Days – Select this to analyze requests based on the Days to complete the requests.
Next to the Statistics box, select any of the following to display the information you wish to view:
Count + Duration – Select this to display the quantity of requests and number of hours taken from the start till the completion of the requests.
Count / Status – Select this to display the total quantity of requests and quantity of requests for each request status.
Count / Aging analysis – Select this to display the total quantity of requests and quantity of requests for each period.
Duration / Status – Select this to display the total quantity of requests and the number of hours for each request status.
Select a date type to analyze the requests based on the following:
Created – Select this to analyze the requests that are created within the selected date range.
Start date – Select this to analyze the requests with the start date that falls within the selected date range.
End date – Select this to analyze the requests with the end date that falls within the selected date range.
Approved – Select this to analyze the requests that are approved within the selected date range.
Realized – Select this to analyze the requests that are realized within the selected date range.
Processed – Select this to analyze the requests that are processed within the selected date range.
Then type or select the date or range of dates in the boxes next to it. If you type or select only a date in the first box, then requests starting from the selected date till the last active date of financial years / periods as defined at Financial/Setup/General/Financial years / Periods will be displayed. If you type or select only a date in the second box, then requests starting from the first active date of financial years / periods as defined at Financial/Setup/General/Financial years / Periods till the selected date will be displayed.
Type a number to analyze the requests that are created in the past number of days.
Select one of the following, and then type or select a division to analyze the requests based on the selection:
Person – Select this to analyze the requests linked to the people of the selected division.
Creator – Select this to analyze the requests created by the people of the selected division.
Account – Select this to analyze the requests linked to accounts of the selected division.
Type or select a person to analyze the requests linked to the selected person.
Type or select an account to analyze the requests linked to the selected account.
Select Yes, No, or Both to analyze the requests with the selected completion status.
Select this check box to include rejected requests in the quality analysis.
Type or select a request category to analyze the requests with the selected category.
Type or select a request type to analyze the requests with the selected type.
Select a subgroup of the first division grouping to analyze the requests linked to divisions under this subgroup.
Type or select a cost center to analyze the requests linked to the selected cost center.
