You can manually reserve the items in sales orders in this screen.
Note: This screen is available only if you have selected the Use enrichment check box at System ➔ General ➔ Settings, under Order settings in the Fulfillment section.
The information in this document is applicable to product update 411 and higher. If you have versions lower than this, certain features explained here will not be applicable.
Keep in mind: You can opt to have the item lines in this screen to be grouped or separated once an enrichment has been performed. This can be set via the Group: Fulfilment lines check box when you click Columns in the screen. If the check box is selected, the item lines will be grouped according to the following information:
Note: It is possible that not all columns in this example are displayed. You can add or remove columns as required by clicking Columns at the toolbar.
Note: If the Fulfillment date at Order ? Entries ? Picking list is defined (whereby the All check box is not selected), only the item(s) in the selected sales order with fulfillment date(s) equal to or earlier than the specified date will be displayed.
This displays the description of the sales order. By default, the description displayed is based on the Description defined in the Sales orders screen (go to Order ? Entries ? Sales orders, select the relevant sales order, and then click Open). This box cannot be edited.
Click this to change the delivery address of the sales order. By default, the delivery address displayed is based on the Delivery to address defined at the Sales orders screen (go to Order ? Entries ? Sales orders, select the relevant sales order, and then click Open). The columns display information on items to be allocated. To process the allocation, you can fill in or edit the following columns:
This column displays the item(s) in the selected sales order. This column cannot be edited.
This column displays the description of the item. By default, the description displayed is based on the Description defined at the item maintenance (go to Order ? Items ? Maintain, select the relevant item, and then click Open), under the Basics tab. This column cannot be edited.
This column displays the status of the item. By default, the status of the item displayed is based on the Status defined at the item maintenance (go to Order ? Items ? Maintain, select the relevant item, and then click Open), under the Basics tab. This column cannot be edited.
Type or select (press F2) the warehouse location of the item to be delivered. By default, the warehouse location displayed is based on the default location of the item defined at the item maintenance (go to Order ? Items ? Maintain, select the relevant item, and then click Open), under the Inventory tab in the Locations per warehouse section. This information is mandatory.
This column displays the quantity of the item that is available in the warehouse (the Warehouse of the item defined in the sales order). By default, the stock quantity displayed is based on the Stock of the item at the item maintenance (go to Order ? Items ? Maintain, select the relevant item, and then click Open), under the Inventory tab in the Warehouses section. This column cannot be edited.
Note: This column is available only if you have selected the Check stock check box at System ? General ? Settings, under Order settings, in the Fulfillment section.
This column displays the quantity of the item that has been ordered. By default, the Ordered quantity defined in the sales order is displayed. This column cannot be edited.
Type the actual quantity of the item that will be delivered. By default, the displayed quantity is based on the ordered quantity.
This column displays the sales unit or sales order unit of the item, depending on the Quantities selected at Format columns (when Columns at the toolbar is clicked). If the Sales unit option is selected at Format columns, by default, the sales unit will be displayed based on the Sls. unit of the item defined at the item maintenance (go to Order ? Items ? Maintain, select the relevant item, and then click Open), under the Basics tab. If the Sales order: Unit option is selected at Format columns, by default, the sales order unit will be displayed based on the Unit defined in the sales order. This column cannot be edited.
Select the serial/batch number of the item to be delivered. By default, the Serial/batch numbers defined in the sales order is displayed.
This column displays the person in charge of the item. By default, the Person defined in the sales order is displayed. This column cannot be edited.
This column displays the date the item is planned to be delivered to the customer. By default, the Planned date defined in the sales order is displayed. This column cannot be edited.
This column displays the project code of the item. By default, the Project code generated or defined for the sales order under the Analytical group section in the sales order conditions screen (go to Order ? Entries ? Sales orders, select the relevant sales order, click Open, and then click Conditions) is displayed. This column cannot be edited.
This column displays the quantity of the item that has been delivered to the customer. By default, the Delivered quantity defined in the sales order is displayed. This column cannot be edited.
Click this to view the sales order. For more information, see Creating and maintaining sales orders.
Click this to remove allocation of the items. The quantity of the items in the Actual column will be changed to “0”.
Click this to save the information.
Click this to exit.
