You can adjust payroll data of people on this page.
To adjust the payroll data, function right 437 – View payroll processing is required. By default, users with the General manager, Controller, F&A staff, or HR role have this function right.
Note:
The information in this document is applicable to product update 259 and higher. If you have versions lower than this, certain features explained here will not be applicable.
Click this to exit.
Click this to adjust the payroll data.
Click this to clear all the defined criteria so that you can start a new search.
Select a division to adjust the payroll for that division.
Select a cost center to adjust the payroll for that cost center.
Select a person to adjust the payroll for that person.
Select the payroll year to be adjusted.
Type a range of period for the payroll adjustment.
Select 0 if you do not want to add any criteria, 1 to add an additional criterion, 2 to add two additional criteria, or 3 to add three additional criteria. These criteria will be defined in the following section: If you select 1, 2, or 3 at Additional criteria, you will see the following field(s):
Select the required option to define the column name. You can select up to three additional criteria. The number of available fields is dependent on what you select at Additional criteria.
Type or select the value for the criteria at Column name.
Note: This field is available when an option is selected at Column name.
Select the required option for the data adjustment.
Type or select the new value for the criteria at Column name.
