At this page, you can create target agreement groups. Once created, you can retrieve, view, or maintain the target agreement groups at HRM/Setup/Target agreement/Target agreement groups.
To create and modify target agreement groups, function right 95 – Maintain target agreement is required. Users with the HR role have this function right.
For more details on what you can do with function rights or levels, go to System/Setup/Security/Function rights, select the required module, and then click on the relevant ID. To find out the functions you can perform with a particular role, go to System/Setup/Security/Roles, type in the description, click Refresh, and then click the required link under the Role column.
Click this to save the target agreement group.
Click this to save the new target agreement group and create another one.
Note: This is available only if you are creating a target agreement group.
Click this to delete the target agreement group. A target agreement group can only be deleted if it is not linked to any profile.

Type a short description for the target agreement group. This information is mandatory.
Type or select 1, 2, 3, or 4 to define the number of levels allowed for each target agreement. The maximum number of levels per target agreement group is four. This information is mandatory.
Type in any additional information for the target agreement group.
