This page allows you to create, modify and delete reason codes to explain why certain opportunities are lost. The reason codes created here will be used in the opportunity card to denote the reason for the lost opportunity. The reason for losing opportunities is available only when the status of the opportunity card is Lost.
To create, modify, and delete the reasons, function right 604 – Maintain opportunity master data is required. Users with the General manager, Customer manager, or Marketing manager role have this function right.

Keep in mind: All fields with the "!" icon are mandatory.

Note: This is available only when you are creating a reason.
Click this to remove the selected reasons from the system. A message "Are you sure that you want to delete this record?" will be displayed. Click OK to delete or Cancel to cancel the deletion.
Note: This is available only when you are modifying an existing reason.
Click this to exit.
Type the code that will be used to identify the reason for losing the opportunities.
Note: This is not enabled when you are modifying an existing reason.
