This page provides an overview of the planning of people in a cost centre or division by the planning category, job group, job activity, planning type, and planning dates.
Users with security level of 10 or higher can view the cost centre or division of people.
Note:
The information in this document is applicable to product update 259 and higher. If you have versions lower than this, certain features explained here will not be applicable.

Click this to display the planning of people belonging to the selected division and/or cost centre.
Note: Once you have clicked this button, the name of the button will change to Refresh.
Click this to update the planning according to the defined criteria.
Click this to view the planning of the person in a particular cost centre.
Click this to view the planning of the person in a particular division.
Click the Month, Week, or Day buttons to view the yearly, monthly, weekly, or daily planning respectively.
Note: This is available once you have clicked Show, and then Advanced.
Once you have clicked Show, you can click Simple or Advanced to see different fields in the respective modes. By default, this page is displayed in the Simple mode.
Click this at the bottom of the planning to create a request. Alternatively, click an empty cell in the calendar to create a request. The request to be created depends on the selection of the option. You may see different request types depending on your settings. For more information, see Creating and modifying request types – Action tab and Creating and modifying requests.
Click Customise at the title bar to customise the fields or sections. You can add or remove existing criteria based on your preferences by selecting or clearing the relevant check boxes. Click Save to save the settings, Default to reset your selections to the default setting, or Close to exit without saving. Take note of the following sections/fields:
You can define the height of the row under this section.
You can choose to display or hide the relevant information on the planning such as the description, hours, status, and/or account, and displaying the request types, and the planning under this section.
You can choose to display the relevant planning information on the project such as the planning to include or exclude child projects and whether to include the planning on amount and/or members of the project under this section.
You can define the sort order and page size when displaying the planning for the person.
Select the check box to display the planning which includes Saturdays and Sundays.
Define the start and end time of a day to display the planning which falls within the defined time under this section.
Select the Account, Project, Contact, Item, and Item 2 check boxes to display the corresponding extra information in the planning.
Type or select the division code to display the planning of people belonging to the selected division. Once you have selected a division, you can view the details of the division by clicking the name of the division displayed next to the box. For more information, see Viewing division cards.
Type or select the job group code to display the planning of people belonging to the selected job group. For more information, see Viewing job groups.
Type or select the cost centre code to display the planning of people belonging to the selected cost centre. Once you have selected a cost centre, you can view the details of the cost centre by clicking the name of the cost centre displayed next to the box. For more information, see Creating and modifying cost centres.
Type or select the job group code to display the planning of people belonging to the selected job activity. For more information, see Viewing job activities.
Select the Open, Approved, Realised, Processed, and/or Rejected check boxes to display the planning that includes the requests of the corresponding statuses.
Type or select a range of dates for the planning.
Note: The total number of days within the date range must be less than 31 days.
Select an option available for the planning to be displayed:
Select the category to display the planning that includes the requests created under this category. For more information, see Creating and modifying request category.
Note: This is available only when in the Advanced mode.
Select the request type created under the corresponding category of the planning request selected at Category / Category 2. For more information, see Creating and modifying request types – General tab.
Select the request type to be excluded from the planning.
This column displays the status of the request for the person in the planning.
