Manufacturing ➔ Reports ➔ Actuals
In this screen, you can obtain an overview of the profit margin per production order. From this overview, you can obtain key data for each production order, such as planned and actual total costs for both production and sales, planned and actual revenue for both production and sales, and production and sales results. You can also compare the budgeted and actual costs for labor, machines, and materials per production order. Furthermore, you can obtain sales results from the planned and actual sales revenue.
The information in this document is based on product update 407 and higher. If you have versions lower than this, certain features explained here will not be applicable.
Click this to display a list of all warehouses. You will see the Warehouses screen. Select the warehouse you want to display in the overview, and then click Select. Click Close to return to Manufacturing ➔ Reports ➔ Actuals. You will now see a green check mark next to the Warehouses button.
Type or select a parent project or a range of parent projects to display the actual cost overview of all child production orders that are linked to the parent production order. Alternatively, select the All check box to display the production orders for all parent projects.
Type or select a production order or a range of production orders to display the actual cost overview of the production order. The production number is issued automatically and you cannot modify it while creating a production order. Alternatively, select the All checkbox to display all the production orders.
Select one check box or more to display the production orders at different production stages, such as Open, Authorized, Released, Printed, Finished, and/or Completed.
Type or select the start date or a range of start dates to display all the production orders that falls within the range. Alternatively, select the All check box to display the production orders for all start dates.
Type or select the end date or a range of end dates to display all production orders that falls within the range. Alternatively, select the All check box to display the production orders for all end dates.
Select All to list all types of production orders, Production order to list production orders, or Production order: Disassemble to list production orders for the disassembly of a product.
Type the number of decimal places to be shown in the quantity column that will be displayed in the overview.
Select this check box to group the results by item.
Note: This is available if the Operations check box is selected at System ➔ General ➔ Settings, under Manufacturing settings.
This section is displayed only if you have clicked Advanced.
Type or select a cost center or a range of cost centers to display the production orders that were entered by people from the cost center(s). Alternatively, select the All check box to display the production orders for all cost centers.
Type or select an employee ID or a range of employee IDs to display the production orders which have been entered by the selected employee(s). Alternatively, select the All check box to display the production orders for all employees.
Type or select a debtor ID or range of IDs to display the production order requested by the sales order placed by the selected debtor(s). Alternatively, select the All check box to display the production orders for all debtors.
Select this to display all child production orders for a parent production order.
Type or select a manufactured item to obtain the production orders with a demand for it. Alternatively, select the All check box to display the production orders for all manufactured items.
Select the Active, Blocked, Discontinued, Inactive, and/or Future check boxes to display the production orders with the selected item statuses.
Type or select the item group or a range of item groups to obtain the production orders with the item group(s). Alternatively, select the All check box to display the production orders for all item groups.
Click this to display a list of all your assortment types. You will see the Assortments screen. Select the assortment you want to display in the overview, and then click Select. Click Close to return to Manufacturing ➔ Reports ➔ Actuals. You will now see a green check mark next to the Assortments button.
Note: Assortments need to be specified at System ➔ General ➔ Settings, under Item Data Settings or at Inventory ➔ Items ➔ Assortments before they are available for selection.
Click this to display a list of all your selection codes. You will see the Selection code screen. Select the selection code you want to display in the overview, and then click Select. Click Close to return to Manufacturing ➔ Reports ➔ Actuals. You will now see a green check mark next to this button.
Note: Selection codes need to be specified at System ➔ Logistics ➔ Selection codes before they are available for selection.
Type or select an operation or a range of operations to obtain the production orders that use the selected operation(s). Alternatively, select the All check box to display the production orders for all operations.
Type or select a work center to specify a work center or a range of work centers to display the production orders with routings that include the work center(s). Alternatively, select the All check box to display the production orders for all work centers.
Select the Standard, Labor hour, Machine hour, Phantom, and/or Bulk issue check boxes to display the production orders with the selected types.
Select the Quantity, Production Costs, Production Revenue, Result, Sales Revenue, and/or Operation check boxes to display the selected data of the production orders.
Click this to generate the overview based on the selected criteria.
Click Advanced to display the criteria in the Header and Lines sections. Click Simple to hide the criteria in those sections.
Click this to exit.
