This page provides an overview of all people within your company.

The information in this document is applicable to product update 259 and higher. If you have versions lower than this, certain features explained here will not be applicable.

Click this to display the overview according to the defined criteria.
Note: Once you have clicked this button, the name of the button will change to Refresh.
Click this to update the overview according to the defined criteria.
Click this to clear all the defined criteria so that you can start a new search.
Click Customise at the title bar to customize the columns. Click Save to save the settings, Default to reset your selections to the default setting, or Close to exit without saving. Take note of the following section:
You can add or remove columns based on the information you want to view. You can arrange the order of the columns by clicking the Up or Down buttons. There are various columns that you can select such as Amount, End date, Hours: Actual, and many more.
Type or select a division code to display the overview of people belonging to this division. Once you have selected a division, you can view the details of the division by clicking the name of the division displayed next to the box. For more information, see Viewing division cards.
Select the Employee, Contractor, Student, Temporary, Applicant, and/or Vacancy check boxes to display the applicants, vacancies, and/or people with the respective employment types.
Note: If you have selected the Vacancy check box, the To be approved check box will be enabled at Status.
Type or select the cost center code to display the overview of people belonging to this cost center. Once you have selected a cost center, you can view the details of the cost center by clicking the name of the cost center displayed next to the box. For more information, see Creating and modifying cost centers.
Select the Active, Hired, Inactive, and/or To be approved check boxes to display the respective statuses of the people and vacancies.
Note: The To be approved check box will only be enabled if you have selected the Vacancy check box at Type.
Select the required option to group the results by Cost center, Job title or Contractual location, or select None if you do not wish to group the results.
Select the required option to display the report by List, Family, or Reference number. For more information on Reference number, see the Monitor section in Viewing personal cards.
If you select List at Layout, the above fields will be displayed.
If you select Family at Layout, you will see additional fields as follows:
Select the relevant variables for the date of birth of the family members.
Select Parent, Child, Partner, or Relative to specify the relationship between the family members and the person.
Select the gender of the family members.
If you select Reference number at Layout, you will see additional fields as follows:
Select the start and end dates of the reference type. For example, the validity period of your passport.
Select the required reference type.
This column displays the names of the people or the vacancies. You can click the hyperlink to view the details of the corresponding person or vacancy. For more information, see Viewing personal cards or Viewing vacancies.
This column displays the job titles of the people.
