Maintaining categories in favorites

? Favorites, followed by Categories.

Introduction

This page allows you to create, modify, and delete multiple categories of your Favorites. It is accessed by clicking Categories at the System: Favorites page.

Roles and rights

All users can create categories.

Note:

• For more details on roles, go to Modules ? System ? Setup ? Security ? Roles.

What version are you using?

The information in this document is applicable to product update 255 and higher. If you have versions lower than this, certain features explained here will not be applicable.

How do I create categories in favorites?

1. On the System: Favorites page, click Categories.
2. On the System: Favorites – Categories page, click New.
3. The System: Favorites – Category page will be displayed. For more information, see Creating categories in favorites.

How do I edit a specific category in favorites?

1. On the System: Favorites page, click Categories.
2. On the System: Favorites – Categories page, click the hyperlink of the required category in the Description column.
3. Make the change(s).
4. Click Save.

How do I delete a specific category in favorites?

1. On the System: Favorites page, click Categories.
2. On the System: Favorites – Categories page, click the Delete icon next to the required category.

Keep in mind: The Delete icon next to the respective category on the System: Favorites – Categories page is available only if the category does not have any favorites.
