On this page, you can view a summary of the workflow and requests related to a person's subordinates of up to five subordinate levels. You can filter the summary by person type, person status, request category, request type, and request action required.
Note: This overview summarizes the workflow and requests of subordinates of the person selected in the Workflow or Requests overviews when you clicked the Subordinates button. You can determine who the person is by looking at the title of this overview. For more information on the Workflow or Requests overview, see Workflow and Requests Overview.
All users can view this page. However, the inclusion of requests in the summary depends on the security levels of the requests. For private requests, the requests will be included only if you are the creator or current actor of the request.
For more details on what you can do with function rights or levels, go to System/Setup/Security/Function rights, select the required module, and then click on the relevant ID. To find out the functions you can perform with a particular role, go to System/Setup/Security/Roles, type in the description, click Refresh, and then click the required link under the Role column.
Click this to display the summary of workflow and requests of the person's subordinates based on the selected criteria.
Note: Once you have clicked this button, the name of the button will change to Refresh.
Click this to update the summary of workflow and requests of the person's subordinates based on the selected criteria.
Note: This is available after you have clicked Show.
Click this to clear the defined criteria. This will clear all criteria except the Level criterion.
Click this to exit.
Select the number of subordinate levels to include in the summary:
Select the person type to include only the person's subordinates with the selected person type in the summary.
Select the status of the person to include only the person's subordinates with the selected person status in the summary.
Select the category to include only requests with the selected request category in the summary.
Select the type to include only requests with the selected request type in the summary.
Select the status or action to include only requests with the selected status or action in the summary. For more information on request actions and statuses, see Creating and Modifying Requests.
Select this check box to include the subordinates with no active requests in their workflow in the summary.
This section displays the summary of workflow and requests of the person's subordinates according to the selected criteria. You can sort the list by Name, Workflow, or Days in ascending or descending order by clicking or in the respective column headers.
This displays the full name of the subordinate. You can click the hyperlinked name to open the personal card of the subordinate.
This displays the person type of the subordinate.
This displays the person status of the subordinate.
This displays the job title of the subordinate.
This displays the number of active requests in the workflow of the subordinate. You can click the hyperlinked number to list the workflow requests.
Note: Clicking the number opens the Workflow overview of the subordinate where the Involvement is Workflow. You can then change the criteria in the overview to list the requests according to the criteria.
This displays the average number of days each request has been in the subordinate's workflow.
This displays the number of overdue requests in the subordinate's workflow. You can click the hyperlinked number to list the overdue workflow requests.
Note: Clicking the number opens the Workflow overview of the subordinate where the Involvement is Workflow and Overdue is pre-selected. You can then change the criteria in the overview to list the requests according to the criteria.
Click the hyperlinked Requests to list all requests where the subordinate is specified in the Person fields of the requests.
