The Filter screen is displayed by clicking Filter in the Maintain sales price lists screen (go to Order ➔ Price management ➔ Price lists or Invoice ➔ Price management ➔ Price lists, select the relevant price list, and then click Open or New), overview of sales prices screen (go to Order ➔ Price management ➔ Sales prices or Invoice ➔ Price management ➔ Sales prices), maintain price agreements screen (go to Order ➔ Price management ➔ Price agreements or Invoice ➔ Price management ➔ Price agreements, select the relevant debtor, and then click Open), or overview of purchase prices screen (go to Purchase ➔ Price management ➔ Purchase prices). This screen allows you to search for items created at the item maintenance (go to Order ➔ Items ➔ Maintain, Invoice ➔ Items ➔ Maintain, or Inventory ➔ Items ➔ Maintain).
Select this check box to display all the items.
Select this check box to display items with the active status. The items will be displayed if Active is defined in Status at the item maintenance (go to Order ➔ Items ➔ Maintain or Invoice ➔ Items ➔ Maintain, select the relevant item, and then click Open).
Select this check box to display items with the blocked status. The items will be displayed if Blocked is defined at Status at the item maintenance (go to Order ➔ Items ➔ Maintain or Invoice ➔ Items ➔ Maintain, select the relevant item, and then click Open).
Select this check box to display items with the discontinued status. The items will be displayed if Discontinued is defined at Status at the item maintenance (go to Order ➔ Items ➔ Maintain or Invoice ➔ Items ➔ Maintain, select the relevant item, and then click Open).
Select this check box to display items with the inactive status. The items will be displayed if Inactive is defined at Status at the item maintenance (go to Order ➔ Items ➔ Maintain or Invoice ➔ Items ➔ Maintain, select the relevant item, and then click Open).
Select this check box to display items with the standard attribute. The items will be displayed if Standard is defined at Type at the item maintenance (go to Order ➔ Items ➔ Maintain or Invoice ➔ Items ➔ Maintain, select the relevant item, and then click Open).
Select this check box to display hour items. The items will be displayed if Labor hour is defined at Type at the hour maintenance (go to HR ➔ Planning ➔ Hours or Payroll ➔ Components ➔ Hours, select the relevant hour item, and then click Open).
Select this check box to display phantom items.
Select this check box to display contract items.
Select this check box to display stock items. The items will be displayed if the From stock check box is selected at the item maintenance (go to Order ➔ Items ➔ Maintain or Invoice ➔ Items ➔ Maintain, select the relevant item, and then click Open), under the Purchase/ Sales tab in the Attributes: Sales section.
Select this check box to display purchase items. The items will be displayed if the Buy check box is selected at the item maintenance (go to Order ➔ Items ➔ Maintain or Invoice ➔ Items ➔ Maintain, select the relevant item, and then click Open), under the Purchase/Sales tab in the Attributes: Purchase section.
Select this check box to display manufactured items. The items will be displayed if the Make check box is selected at the debtor maintenance (go to Order ➔ Items ➔ Maintain or Invoice ➔ Items ➔ Maintain, select the relevant item, and then click Open), under the Manufacturing tab in the Attributes section.
Type or select the item group or range of item groups to be displayed. Select the All check box to display the items from all the item groups. By default, the All check box is selected.
Type or select the item code or range of item codes to be displayed. Select the All check box to display items with any item code. By default, the All check box is selected.
Select the assortment to view items that are linked to the assortment(s). Select All to search for items with any assortment, or Empty to search for items without assortment(s). By default, All is selected.
Note: The Assortment boxes displayed depend on the number of assortments created at Order ➔ Items ➔ Assortments, or at System ➔ General ➔ Settings under Item data settings in the Assortments section. For example, if three assortments are defined, three Assortment fields will be displayed in the search criteria screen.
Click this to search for items based on the defined criteria.
Click this to clear the defined criteria.
Click this to exit.
