On this page, you can view and/or add absence entitlements for a selected person or people belonging to a selected division. Absence entitlements are time off, such as annual or sick leave given to employees. The number of days given varies depending on the policy of each organization.
To view or add the entitlements for people or divisions, function right 145 – View Resource card or function right 90 – Maintain division is required. Users with the HR and HR assistant roles have these function rights, while users with the General manager role have the latter function right.

This displays the type of entitlement. If you have the required function right and role, you can also click the hyperlink under the Absence type column to view and/or edit the details of the selected entitlement.
This displays the basis of the entitlement.
This displays the number of days for which the entitlement has been allocated.
This displays the number of hours for which the entitlement has been allocated.
