Order ➔ To be processed ➔ Commission invoice ➔ Generate
When commissions are assigned to sales orders, commission invoices must be generated to enable payment of the commission to the parties who are entitled to the commission. Commission invoices are generated based on sales orders and all the sales orders with assigned commissions are displayed.
Note: This screen is available only if you have E-Commission invoices included in your license.
You can filter the sales orders that you want to display by defining your search criteria and clicking Search. The sales orders that match the search criteria you have defined are displayed. A list of option will be displayed if you click at Item , Sales order, and other fields. From the list, make your selection and click Select.
Note: It is possible that not all columns are displayed. You can add or delete columns as required. For more information, see Inserting and deleting columns.
Click this to display the sales orders based on the defined criteria.
Click this to clear the defined criteria.
Type the number of rows to be displayed in each screen. If you have set the default number of rows to 10, then 10 rows will be displayed. Therefore, if you have more than 10 rows listed, you will see the Previous and Next buttons.
Click this to return to the previous list of sales orders.
Click this to display the next list of sales orders.
Select the required option to filter the search that starts with or contains a certain letter or word.
Note: To generate commission invoices for rule based, you have to define the Debtor number and Percentage at the rule maintenance (go to Order ➔ Items ➔ Rules, select the relevant rule, and then click Open), under the Extra tab.
Type or select the classification of the debtor to display sales orders with debtors with the selected classification.
Note: The classification of the debtor depends on the Classification defined at the debtor maintenance (go to Finance ➔ Accounts receivable ➔ Maintain, select the relevant debtor, and then click Open), under the Basics tab. You can also define classifications at System ➔ General ➔ CRM/Classifications.
Type or select the item code to display sales orders with the selected item. This is based on the item defined in the Item column for the sales orders in the Sales orders screen (go to Order ➔ Entries ➔ Sales orders, select the relevant sales order, and then click Open).
Type or select the start date and end date to display sales orders that are created within that period. This is based on the Sales order date defined for the sales orders in the Sales orders screen (go to Order ➔ Entries ➔ Sales orders, select the relevant sales order, and then click Open). By default, sales orders dated within the last five days of the current date will be displayed. Select the All check box to display all sales orders.
Note: Typing or selecting only the start date will display sales orders that are created on and after the selected date. Typing or selecting only the end date will display sales orders that are created on and before the selected date.
Type or select the sales order or the range of sales orders that you want to display. This is based on the Sales order number defined for the sales order in the Sales orders screen (go to Order ➔ Entries ➔ Sales orders, select the relevant sales order, and then click Open). By default, the All check box is selected. This means all the sales orders will be displayed.
Type or select the ID or name of the debtor who placed the sales order to display sales orders with the selected debtor. This is based on the Ordered by debtor defined for the sales order in the Sales orders screen (go to Order ➔ Entries ➔ Sales orders, select the relevant sales order, and then click Open).
Type or select the ID or name of the debtor who will be receiving the invoice to display sales orders with the selected debtor. This is based on the Invoice to debtor defined for the sales order in the Sales orders screen (go to Order ➔ Entries ➔ Sales orders, select the relevant sales order, and then click Open).
Type the debtor’s reference number to display sales orders with the reference number. This is based on the Your reference defined for the sales order in the Sales orders screen (go to Order ➔ Entries ➔ Sales orders, select the relevant sales order, and then click Open).
Type a full or partial description of the sales order(s) to display sales orders with the description. This is based on the Description defined for the sales order in the Sales orders screen (go to Order ➔ Entries ➔ Sales orders, select the relevant sales order, and then click Open).
Click this to view the commission that is assigned to the selected sales order.
Note: This button is enabled only if a sales order is selected.
Click this to return to the sales order overview.
Note: This button is enabled only when Zoom is clicked.
Click this to view the selected sales order. For more information, see Creating and maintaining sales orders.
Click this to generate the commission invoice for the selected sales order. For more information, see Generating commission invoices for sales orders.
Click this to delete the assigned commission.
Note: Once the commission invoice is generated, deletion is not possible. This button is enabled only if a sales order is selected.
Click this to exit.
