Cash flow ➔ Collections ➔ SDD management
This screen allows you to define the search criteria of the SEPA Direct Debit (SDD) related invoice terms whereby you can manage the SDD batches before running the actual process.
The information in this document is based on product update 407 and higher. If you have versions lower than this, certain features explained here will not be applicable.
Type or select a cash instrument to view the SDD mandates with the cash instrument. This is your own bank account which is enabled for SDD. This field is mandatory.
Select Details, Payment reference, Debtor, Run number, or PO/SO to group the SDD mandates by the selected group.
Type or select the date or date range of the payment date of the invoice terms to view the SDD mandates with the payment date(s). Select the All check box to view the SDD mandates with any payment date.
Note: Typing or selecting only the start date will display the SDD mandates with payment dates that have been created on or after the selected date. Typing or selecting only the end date will display the SDD mandates with payment dates that have been created on and before the selected date.
Type or select the date or date range of the invoice date of the invoice terms to view the SDD mandates with the invoice date(s). Select the All check box to view the SDD mandates with any invoice date.
Note: Typing or selecting only the start date will display the SDD mandates with invoice dates that have been created on or after the selected date. Typing or selecting only the end date will display the SDD mandates with invoice dates that have been created on and before the selected date.
Type or select the date or date range of the due date of the invoice terms to view the SDD mandates with the due date(s). Select the All check box to view the SDD mandates with any due date.
Note: Typing or selecting only the start date will display the SDD mandates with due dates that have been created on or after the selected date. Typing or selecting only the end date will display the SDD mandates with due dates that have been created on and before the selected date.
Select the type of invoice transactions to be displayed. You can choose to view the Sales invoice, Other, POS Sales invoice, or All.
Select the type of account to be displayed. You can choose from All, Customer, or Reseller. By default, Customer is selected.
Select the Code or Name option to view the debtor account by code or name.
Type or select the code or range of codes, or name or range of names of the account. If the Code option at Account is selected, the Code field will be displayed, and if the Name option is selected, the Name field will be displayed. For more information see Selecting accounts. You can leave the field blank to display the SDD mandates with any account code or name.
Click this to define the additional search criteria. For more information, see Defining additional criteria to display SEPA Direct Debit (SDD) management report.
Select the type of SDD mandate to be displayed. You can select the Core, B2B, or COR1 option.
Select the sequence of the SDD mandates to be displayed. You can select the First, Recurrent, One-off, and/or Final check boxes. The SDD mandate displayed is based on the Sequence defined for the SDD mandate. For more information, see Creating and maintaining SEPA Direct Debit (SDD) mandates.
Type or select the date or date range to view the SDD mandates where the SDD mandate reference was signed by the debtor. Select the All check box to view the SDD mandates with any signature date.
Note: Typing or selecting only the start date will display the SDD mandates with signature dates that have been created on or after the selected date. Typing or selecting only the end date will display the SDD mandates with signature dates that have been created on and before the selected date.
Type or select the date or date range to view the SDD mandates with the last SDD requested collection date(s). Select the All check box to view the SDD mandates with any last SDD date.
Note: Typing or selecting only the start date will display the SDD mandates with the last SDD dates that have been created on or after the selected date. Typing or selecting only the end date will display the SDD mandates with the last SDD dates that have been created on and before the selected date.
Select the term of the SDD mandate to be displayed. This is to filter the SDD invoice terms which are linked to or unlinked from the SDD mandates. You can select All, Linked, or Not linked. If Linked is selected, only the invoice terms with a mandate reference defined are displayed. However, if Not linked is selected, only invoice terms with the currency “EUR”, whereby the payment method is “Collection”, cash instrument linked is SDD enabled, and mandate reference of the invoice term is not defined, will be displayed.
Select the status of the SDD batch of the invoice terms to be displayed. You can select the Open, In progress, Approved, and/or Processed check boxes.
Type or select the SDD batch number or SDD batch number range that were generated or pre-assigned. Select the All check box to display the SDD mandates with any batch number.
Type or select a date or date range of the SDD batch process. Select the All check box to display the SDD mandates with any processing date.
Note: Typing or selecting only the start date will display the SDD mandates with processing dates that have been created on or after the selected date. Typing or selecting only the end date will display the SDD mandates with processing dates that have been created on and before the selected date.
