Headcount by performance review
Introduction
This page allows you to view the total number of people that have been
reviewed by the respective reviewers. Once the performance review profiles for
people are created or completed, the data will be reflected in the report.
The Performance Review management feature is a measurement tool that monitors and measures the performance of employees within an organization. It also helps the management to identify if the results delivered by the
employees are aligned with the organization’s goals.
Roles and rights
To view the headcount by performance review report, function right 359 — Maintain Competency is required. By default, users with the HR or HR assistant role have this function right.

What version are you using?
The information in this document is applicable to product update 259 and higher. If you have versions lower than this, certain features explained here will not be applicable.
How do I view the headcount by performance review report?
- Define the criteria under the Criteria section.
- Click Show.
Buttons
Close
Click this to exit.
Show
Click this to display the report according to the defined criteria.
Note: Once you have clicked this button, the name of the button will change to Refresh.
Refresh
Click this to update the report according to the defined criteria.
Reset
Click this to clear all the defined criteria so that you can start a new search.
Icon
Customise
Click Customise at the title bar to customize the fields. You can add or remove existing criteria based on your preferences by selecting or clearing the relevant check boxes. Click Save to save the settings and exit, Default to reset your selections to the default settings, or Close to exit without saving.
Fields
Criteria section
Group
Select one of the available options to display the report for specific groups of people in the organization. The available options depend on
the setup at Modules ➔ HRM ➔ Setup ➔ Organisation ➔ Group: Division. For more information, see Overview of group layouts.
Division
Type or select the division code to display the report of people belonging to the selected division. Once you have selected a division, you can view the details of the division by clicking the name of the division displayed next to the box. For more information, see Viewing division cards.
Cost centre
Type or select the cost center code to display the report of people belonging to the selected cost center. Once you have selected a cost center, you can view the details of the cost center by clicking the name of the cost center displayed next to the box. For more information, see Creating and modifying cost centers.
Job group
Type or select the job group code to display the report of people belonging to the selected job group. For more information, see Viewing job groups.
Job activity
Type or select the job activity code to display the report of people belonging to the selected job activity. For more information, see Viewing job activities.
Job title
Type or select the job title code to display the report of people belonging to the selected job title. For more information, see Viewing job titles.
Group by
Select Group, Division, Cost centre, Job group, Job activity, or Job title to group the report by the selected option.
Subordinates
Select Direct, Level 2, or Level 3 to include people with the selected reporting level in the report. If you want to display people of all levels, select None.
Type
Select the Employee, Contractor, Student, and/or Temporary check boxes to include the respective types of employment in the report.
Start date
Type or select the date or range of dates to display the people with performance review profiles that have been created within the specified dates.
Note: Typing or selecting only the start of a date range will display report for performance review profiles that are created on the selected date and after it. Typing or selecting only the end of a date range will display report for performance review profiles that are created on the date and before it.
Status
Select the Active, Hired, and/or Inactive check boxes to include the respective statuses of the people in the report.
Type
Select one or more of the following check boxes to view the records, which are reviewed by the selected reviewer:
- Person — Select this to view the records that are reviewed by the person himself or herself.
- Manager — Select this to view the records that are reviewed by the manager.
- Reviewer — Select this to view the records that are reviewed by an assigned reviewer.
- All — Select this to view all records reviewed by all reviewers. If you select this check box, the other three check boxes will be cleared.
Columns
Count (Profile)
This column displays the headcount of people who match the defined criteria.
Count (Not reviewed)
This column displays the headcount of people who have not completed the performance review.
Count (Reviewed)
This column displays the headcount of people who have already completed the performance review.
Reviewed (%)
This column displays the headcount of people who have already completed the performance review in percentage form.
