Selecting account
This screen is displayed once the Browse icon in the Account or Name box is clicked.
Description
Note: It is possible that not all the columns in this example are displayed. You can add or delete columns as required. For detailed instructions on how to customize displayed columns, see Inserting and deleting columns.
Search
Click this to search for account(s) based on the defined criteria.
Clear
Click this to clear the defined criteria.
Previous
Click this to return to the previous page.
Next
Click this to go to the next page.
Rows
Type the number of rows to be displayed on each page. If you have set the default number of rows to 10, then 10 rows will be displayed. Therefore, if you have more than 10 rows listed, the Previous and Next buttons becomes available.
Filter
Select the required option to filter the account(s) that starts with or contains a certain number.
Name
Type a full or partial name of a debtor or creditor account to search for the name.
Debtor
Type a full or partial number of a debtor account to search for the debtor.
Creditor
Type a full or partial number of a creditor account to search for the creditor.
Address line 1
Type a full or partial address of a debtor or creditor account to search for the address.
City
Type a full or partial city of a debtor or creditor account to search for the city.
Country code
Type a full or partial country code of a debtor or creditor account to search for the country code. For example, NL for the Netherlands or MY for Malaysia.
Button
Select
Click this to select the account that you want to use.
Note: This button is enabled only if an account is selected.
Open
Click this to view or modify the selected account.
New
Click this to create a new account.
Close
Click this to exit.
