On this page, you can create, modify, or delete job groups.
To create or modify job groups, function right 94 – Maintain job groups is required. By default, users with the HR role have this function right.
Note:
The information in this document is applicable to product update 256 and higher. If you have versions lower than this, certain features explained here will not be applicable.
Keep in mind: All fields with the "!" icon are mandatory.
Keep in mind: You cannot delete a job group that is currently linked to a person.
Click this to exit and return to the listing of job groups. For more information, see Overview of job groups.
Click this to save entry for the job group.
Click this to save the entry for the job group and create another job group.
Note: This is available only when you are creating a job group.
Click this to delete the job group.
Note: This is available only when you are modifying a job group.
Type the code of the job group. Once the entry is saved, the code cannot be modified.
Type the description of the job group.
Select a document to be linked to this job group.
Type additional remarks of the job group.
Note: This section is available only when you are modifying a job group.
This column displays the job activities that are currently linked to the job group. You can click the hyperlink to view the corresponding job activity. For more information, see Viewing job activities.
Click this to add more job activities to the job group.
This column displays the job titles that are currently linked to the job group. You can click the hyperlink to view the corresponding job title. For more information, see Viewing job titles.
Click this to add more job titles to the job group.
