Go to HRM ? Reports ? People ? People, define the relevant criteria, and click Show. Click the name of the person under the Name column and then click the hyperlink at Performance review profiles. Depending on the scenarios, you may see different screens, as described in the following:
On this page, you can view the performance review profile generated for the respective person. This feature is part of the Performance Review Management process, which is used to measure the performance of employees. With this, the management will be able to identify the training needs for the employees to achieve better results.

Click this to define the scores or ratings for the employee.
Note: This is available only if you are the reviewer of the profile. For more information, see Reviewing and calculating performance review profiles.
Click this to reopen the performance review profile and make modifications to the scores or ratings defined.
Note: This is available only when the profile has been completed and if you have function right 107 – Maintain performance review.
Click this to compare the scores given to the employee with the ratings of another employee. For more information, see Comparing performance review scores between people.
Click this to view the listing of all performance review profiles of the employee. For more information, see Viewing performance review profiles listing.

This displays the name of the employee which the performance review profile belongs to.
This displays the date the profile is created. This date is defined in the Profile: Start date field if you are generating the performance review profile for the employee at HRM ? Setup ? Performance review management ? Generate performance review profile or in the Start date field if you are generating the performance review profile at the personal card.
This displays the name of the reviewer.
This displays the latest status of the profile.
The overall rating for the employee will be displayed when the profile review has been completed.
This displays additional notes about the performance review.
This section displays the listing of performance indicators that will be rated for the employee and the weight and score for each attribute. Only attributes that are linked to field types with type defined as Value will be taken into account when the final rating is calculated. For more information on the field types and values, see Creating and modifying field types for competences, performance indicators, and targets of people.
This section displays the personal objectives that were defined in the previous profile of the person, which was generated for the manager of the person to review. These are objectives that do not have a final rating. This section is displayed only if the Show personal objectives check box has been selected for the performance review group.
This section displays the personal objectives that are newly-added to the profile of the person. As a reviewer, you can add personal objectives by clicking . This section is displayed only if the Add personal objectives check box has been selected for the performance review group.
The list of performance review groups is displayed. These performance review groups are the main groups that group together a collection of performance indicators. A main group can have up to four levels of indicators defined. You can click next to a performance review group to view the indicators that are grouped in the selected group.
Indicators at level 4 must belong to at least an indicator at level 3. The indicators at level 3 must belong to at least an indicator at level 2. The indicators at level 2 meanwhile belong to at least an indicator at level 1.
