On this page, you can create schedules or modify existing ones. Schedules are used by subscriptions. For more information, see Maintaining subscriptions. In order to manage schedules via Exact Synergy Enterprise, the fixed user, who is defined in the settings, should have the rights to create Shared Schedules via the Site Settings Page in the Report Manager. This fixed user must have the permissions of the standard roles Content Manager and System Administrator. Besides this, the Report Server needs to be configured to deliver reports via emails. For more details, see How to: Configure a Report Server for E-mail Delivery.
By default, users with the Administrator or Report Manager role can create and modify schedules.
Note:
The information in this document is applicable to product update 258 and higher. If you have versions lower than this, certain features explained here will not be applicable.
Keep in mind: All fields with the “!” icon are mandatory.
Click this to save the schedule.
Click this to save the schedule and create another schedule.
Note: This is available only if you are creating a schedule.
Click this to delete the schedule.
Note: This is available only if you are maintaining an existing schedule.
Click this to pause the schedule.
Click this to exit.
Type the name for the schedule. This is mandatory.
Select the start date when the schedule should run. This is mandatory.
Select the end date when the schedule should stop.
Select the start time when the schedule should run. This is mandatory.
Select Weekly to maintain the options for the weekly schedule. If you select Monthly, you will be able to maintain the options for the monthly schedule.
