Creating and modifying schedules - Reporting services integration

Introduction
On this page, you can create schedules or modify existing ones. Schedules are used by subscriptions. For more information, see Maintaining subscriptions. In order to manage schedules via Exact Synergy Enterprise, the fixed user, who is defined in the settings, should have the rights to create Shared Schedules via the
Site Settings Page in the Report Manager. This fixed user must have the permissions of the standard roles Content Manager and System Administrator. Besides this, the Report Server needs to be configured to deliver reports via emails. For more details, see How to: Configure a Report Server for E-mail Delivery.
Roles and rights
By default, users with the Administrator or Report Manager
role can create and modify schedules.

What version are you using?
The information in this document is applicable to product update 258 and higher. If you have versions lower than this, certain features explained here will not be applicable.
How do I create schedules?
- Oon the Reporting services integration: Schedules page,
click Schedule: New.
- Define the fields.
- Click Save, and then Close to exit.
Keep in mind: All fields with the “!” icon are mandatory.
How do I edit schedules?
- Click the hyperlink schedule in the Name column to open it.
- Make the changes.
- Click Save, and then Close to exit.
Buttons
Save
Click this to save the schedule.
Save + New
Click this to save the schedule and create another schedule.
Note: This is available only if you are creating a schedule.
Delete
Click this to delete the schedule.
Note: This is available only if you are maintaining an existing schedule.
Pause
Click this to pause the schedule.
Close
Click this to exit.
Fields
Name
Type the name for the schedule. This is mandatory.
Start date / (Optional) End date
Select the start date when the schedule should run. This is mandatory.
Select the end date when the schedule should stop.
Start time (Hours : Minutes)
Select the start time when the schedule should run. This is mandatory.
Schedule
Select Weekly to maintain the options for the weekly schedule. If you select Monthly, you will be able to maintain the options for the monthly schedule.
