System ➔ General ➔ Countries ➔ Exchange rates
You can create and maintain exchange rates of multiple active currencies in Exact Globe Next. This is important if your business transactions involve different currencies and these currencies have fluctuating exchange rates.
Note: Currencies can be activated at System ➔ General ➔ Countries. For more information, see Creating and maintaining currencies.
The information in this document is applicable to product update 407 and higher. If you have versions lower than this, certain features explained here will not be applicable.
Keep in mind: All fields with the “!” icon are mandatory.
Type or select the date for which you want to define the new exchange rates or edit the current exchange rates.
This tab displays the exchange rates for non-EMU active currencies. You can edit the exchange rates for these currencies in the exchange rate column.
This tab displays the Euro conversion rates for active EMU currencies. You can edit the exchange rates for these currencies in the exchange rate column.
Note: This tab will only be enabled if the currency is an EMU currency. To set a currency as an EMU currency, go to System ? General ? Countries ? Currencies and click Open. Under the EMU tab, select the EMU currency check box.
Click this to confirm the date and to generate the exchange rate table after the exchange rate date has been selected.
Click this to save all changes.
Click this to select another date to create entries of exchange rates or select another date to view the exchange rates of the selected date.
Click this to delete the exchange rates of the selected currency within the selected date range.
Click this to exit.
