Overview of cash instruments balance list

Introduction

This document provides information of the overview of cash instruments balance list.

Menu path

Go to Cash flow ➔ Reports ➔ Balance list, and then click Display.

Fields

Inactive

Select this check box to include information for inactive cash instrument in the overview.

Group by

Select the required option to group the data according to Details, Currency code, Bank name, Type or General ledger.

Buttons

Note: All the buttons except for Refresh will only be enabled when Details is selected at Group by and a cash instrument is selected. When other options are selected at Group by, all the buttons will be disabled except for Refresh.

Refresh

Click this to update the search results according to the defined criteria.

Export

Click this to export the data to Microsoft Excel where you can make changes to the data. You can also print the data from Microsoft Excel.

Card

Click this to view the general ledger card for the selected cash instrument. For more information, see Viewing G/L cards.

Cash flow

Click this to view the cash flow (cash in and cash out) of the selected cash instrument. For more information, see Overview of cash flow entries.

Bank statement

Click this to view the bank statement for the selected cash instrument. For more information, see Viewing bank statement.

Payments in transit

Click this to view the payments in transit for the selected cash instrument. For more information, see Overview of payments in transit.

Close

Click this to exit.
