How do I link a service agreement to a service
configuration?

criteria.
- Click Show.
- Select a contract under the Contract number column.
- Click Agreement links.
- Define the search criteria and click Show if Yes is
selected at Show agreement link tree by filter on the Service:
Settings page. For more information, see Maintaining settings for Service management.
- Select the configuration and agreement check box(es) that you want
to link. You can also click at the service configuration to view all the items that are linked
to the service configuration.

Keep in mind:
- If Yes is selected at Show agreement link tree by filter
on the Service: Settings page, and the total number of configurations
and items is more than 100 lines, the message “Refine your search results with
filters” will be displayed.
- If the status of the service contract is Active, only the check box(s) that have not been selected will be enabled.
