Viewing Work-related Person Mobility report

Introduction

Throughout a period, your employees would have filled up work-related mobility person (WPM) requests as required by legislation. You can compile and view the results of these (WPM) requests in this page.

Roles and rights

• To view the report, function right 1065 Allow to view Work-related person mobility law Reporting is required. By default, users with the HR role at the Corporate level have this function right.

Note:

• For more details on function rights, go to Modules > System > Setup > Security > Function rights.
• For more details on roles, go to Modules > System > Setup > Security > Roles.

What version are you using?

The information in this document is applicable to product update 504 and higher. If you have versions lower than this, certain features explained here will not be applicable.

How do I view the WPM report?

1. Go to Module > HRM > Reports > Statistics > WPM reporting. On the HRM: Work-related person mobility reporting page, define the required information in the Criteria section.
2. Click Refresh. The results of the report will be displayed.

Click this to exit.

Refresh

Click this to retrieve a new set of results after changing the criteria.

Criteria section

Division

Type or select the relevant division the WPM requests will be retrieved from. The division of the current user will be filled up automatically.

Year

Select the relevant year to compile WPM requests of that period. This is available from year 2024 onwards since the WPM law took effect only in 2024.

Population size

Type the number of employees in the organisation that are eligible for WPM. This is a mandatory field.

Results

After clicking Refresh, the results will be displayed. The values in the columns below are retrieved from the relevant request types:

• Business - Lease and/or own fleet
  • 1060037 Commuting mobility survey
  • 1060038 Business kilometre registration lease cars
• Business - Expense Claims
  • 1060036 Travel expenses (WPM) (Reason of mobility: Business)
• Commuting
  • 1060036 Travel expenses (WPM) (Reason of mobility: Commuting)
  • 1060037 Commuting mobility survey

Note that if there is no actual travel expense recorded (no data from 1060036 Travel expenses (WPM) (Reason of mobility Business) requests), the data from the survey (1060037 Commuting mobility survey requests) will be used for calculation instead.
