For field types created with type as Value or Combo box, you can define the value of each field type at this page.

The information in this document is based on product update 251.
Keep in mind: All fields with the "!" icon are mandatory.
Keep in mind: You can always modify the type of the field type. For example, you can change the type from Value to Text. However, field values that were linked to the field type when the type was defined as Value will automatically be deleted. If the field type has been linked to a competency or resume type, the existing data of applicants or employees who have that competency linked to their competency profiles or who have that resume type linked to their resume items will be removed. This applies to all types of field types. Thus it is advisable not to change the types of the field types to prevent data loss.

If the type of the field type is Value, you will see the following columns:
Type the number to define the sequence number of the field value for the field type.
Type the description of the field value.
Type the unique code of the field value.
Type the minimum value of the field value.
Type the maximum value of the field value.
Type the value of the field value. The value is measured based on the average value for the minimum and maximum values of the selected field type. This is necessary when you have different rating levels to review the competences, performances, or target agreements of the employees.
Type any additional note for the field value.
If the type of the field type is Combo box, you will see the following columns:
Type the sequence number of the field value for the field type.
Type the code of the field value.
