This page displays the overview of the additional free fields that can be defined for accounts, contacts, addresses, and contracts.
To view free fields, function right 868 – View service configuration free fields is required. Users with the Service desk, Service engineer, Service planner, or Service manager role have this function right.
Notes:
The information in this document is based on product update 250.
Keep in mind: The check boxes of the free fields are enabled only after the free fields are defined.
Click this to update the overview according to the defined criteria.
Click this to remove the information of the selected free field.
Note: This action will also remove the information from the related account cards, contact maintenance screen, address maintenance screen, and contract cards.
Click this to exit.
The free fields that can be defined are Date, Amount, Text, Yes/No, GUID, and Number. However, the Number fields are only available for accounts and contracts, whereas the GUID fields are only available for accounts.
Type or select a division to view the free fields created for the division.
