Starting the invoice printing job

Introduction
Details of the notifications for the invoice printing job
are displayed in this screen. This is available if the invoice printing and processing
are managed by the Exact Lightweight Integration Server (ELIS)
server.
What version are you using?
The information in this document is applicable to product update 410 and higher. If you have versions lower than this, certain features explained here will not be applicable.
How do I start the invoice printing job?
- Define the search criteria, and then click Search.
- Select a notification, and then click Open. The Notification
Details screen will be displayed.
- Select the required transaction(s), and then click Print.
Fields
Processed, Not processed
This displays the number of transactions that have and have
not been processed.
Printer
Select the printer to be used for the printing job.
Buttons
Print
Click this to start the printing job for the selected transaction(s).
Note: This is enabled only if the transactions
selected have been processed (indicated with a green check mark under the Print
column).
Close
Click this exit.
