Introduction

The following screen displays the details of a selected item that was created with different countries. In the overview, details of the item such as the country, description, status, and sales price are displayed. You can also create another country for the item, view the item price for the selected country, or create a new item price for the selected country. 

Menu path

• Go to Logistics/Reports/Search/Items, define the search criteria, and then click Show. In the Search: Items screen, select an item, and then click Countries under the Monitor section. 
• Type the item code or item name in  Items on the left menu bar and then click . In the Search: Items screen, select an item, and then click Countries under the Monitor section.

Roles & rights

To view countries from item cards, function rights 34 – Maintain World Items, except to change the division and 347 – Maintain Country items are required. Users with the Item management role have these function rights.

For more details on what you can do with function rights or levels, go to System/Setup/Security/Function rights, select the required module, and then click on the relevant ID. To find out the functions you can perform with a particular role, go to System/Setup/Security/Roles, type in the description, click Refresh, and then click the required link under the Role column.

Click this to update the overview according to the defined criteria.

New

Click this to create a new item. For more information, see Creating and Modifying Items.

Close

Click this to exit.

Description

In the Country column, you can click a country to view the item card of the selected item for the country. For more information on item card, see Viewing Item Cards.

In the Sales price column, click Edit to view the prices of the item for the selected country. For more information on viewing item prices, see Overview of Item Sales Prices. Click New to create a price for the item of the selected country. For more information on creating or editing item prices, see Creating and Modifying Item Sales Prices.
