Selecting sectors

Sectors can be selected in the related Exact Globe Next
modules when the 
icon at the
Sector field is clicked.
Introduction
This document provides you the steps to selecting sectors.
What version are you using?
The information in this document is applicable to product
update 407. If you have versions lower than this, certain features explained
here will not be applicable.
How do I select sectors?
- At
Sector, click
.
- In
the Sectors screen, select the relevant sector.
- Click
Select.
- Click
Save, and then click Close.
Fields
Rows
Type the number of rows to be displayed for each screen. If you have set
the default number of rows to 5, then five rows will be displayed.
Therefore, if you have more than five rows listed, you will see the Previous
and Next buttons.
Code
Type a full or partial unique code of a sector to search for
the sector.
Description
Type a full or partial description to search for a sector
that matches the description.
Buttons
Select
Click this to select the sector that you want to use.
Note: This button is enabled only if a sector is
selected.
Open
Click this to open the selected sector.
Note: This button is enabled only if a sector is
selected.
New
Click this to create a sector. For more information on
creating sectors, see Creating
and maintaining sectors.
Close
Click this to exit.
