Introduction
This page allows you to view and search for agreement sets for the division.
Roles and rights
To view agreement sets, function right 863 – View service agreement sets is required. Users with the Service desk, Service engineer, Service planner, or Service manager role has this function right.
Notes:

What version are you using?
The information in this document is based on product update 250.
How do I view agreement sets?
- On the Service: Agreement sets page, define the division at Division under the Criteria section.
- Click Refresh.
- Select the required agreement set under the Code column. For more information, see Creating and maintaining agreement sets for Service management.
- Click Close to exit.
How do I create agreement sets?
- On the Service: Activity sets page, define the division at Division under the Criteria section.
- Click New.
- Define the fields. For more information, see Creating and maintaining agreement sets for Service management.
- Click Save.
Keep in mind: All fields with the “!” icon are mandatory.
How do I delete agreement sets?
- On the Service: Activity sets page, define the division at Division under the Criteria section.
- Click Refresh.
- Select the required agreement set to be deleted under the Code column.
- Click Delete. A message “Are you sure that you want to delete this record?” will be displayed.
- Click OK.
Buttons
Refresh
Click this to update the results according to the defined search criteria.
New
Click this to create an agreement set.
Delete
Click this to delete the selected agreement set.
Close
Click this to exit.

Criteria section
Division
Type or select a division to view the agreement sets for the division. By default, your division will be displayed.
