On this page, you can view a list of job activities as well as create and delete job activities. A job activity contains further information of a job group. For example, “After Sales Consultancy” and “After Sales Support” are job activities with different job functions, but both belong to the same job group, which is “Sales”.
All users can view the list of job activities. However, to create or modify job activities, function right 94 — Maintain job groups is required. By default, users with the HR role have this function right.
Note:
The information in this document is applicable to product update 259 and higher. If you have versions lower than this, certain features explained here will not be applicable.
Keep in mind: All fields with the "!" icon are mandatory.
Keep in mind: You cannot delete a job activity that is currently linked to a person.

Click this to delete the selected job activities.
Type a number to define the number of job activities to be displayed on a single page. Click Show to update the page size.
Select the check boxes to determine the job activities that you want to delete.
This column displays the job groups that are available in the system. You can click the hyperlink to view the corresponding job group. For more information, see Viewing job groups.
