On this page, you can add report widget or modify existing ones. It can be customized to only show information you have selected.
All users are able to access the default workspace, workspaces that they themselves have created, and workspaces that have been shared with them for viewing or editing. The list of reports displayed depends on the roles linked to the reports. For more information about linking a role to a report, see Linking roles to report groups or Linking roles to reports.

The information in this document is applicable to product update 257 and higher. If you have versions lower than this, certain features explained here will not be applicable.
Click this to refresh the report.
Click this to navigate to the first page of the report.
Note: This is available only if the report has more than one page.
Click this to navigate to the previous page of the report.
Click this to navigate to the next page of the report.
Click this to navigate to the last page of the report.
Click this to reset the value(s) of the report parameter(s).
Note: This is available only if the report has report parameters.
Click this to save the configurations for the reporting services.
Click this to exit.
Type the title for the report.
Select the report you want to display on your workspace.
Click this check box to display the Refresh button.
Click this check box to display the parameters set for the report. For more information, see Configuring report parameters - Reporting services integration.
Select this check box to display and use the values predefined for report parameters. When not selected, the values of the criteria that have been defined during the configuration of the widget will be displayed instead. If this check box has been selected but there are no default values defined for the report parameters, a message will be displayed to notify that there are no default values defined for the reports. For more information, see Configuring report parameters - Reporting services integration.
Select this check box to display the header title for the report.
Select this option to use the default background color for the report.
Select this option to use a different background color for the report.
Select the Show check box to display the report in a frame.
