At this screen, you can view the detailed results of the matching process for a vacancy that is shortlisted for an applicant. These details include the competences that are used for the matching process and the scores and indicators for the competences. An indicator shows if the norm value defined for the vacancy is higher, lower, or equivalent to the rating received by the applicant for a competence.
Click this to close the Matching - Results screen and return to the Matching: Results (Step 4 of 4) screen. For more information, see Shortlisting Vacancies for Applicant via Matching Wizard.
This displays the name of the vacancy. Click the hyperlink to view the vacancy card. For more information, see Viewing Vacancy Cards.
The results of the matching process for a vacancy will be displayed under the following columns:
This column displays the descriptions of the competences. Click the hyperlink to view the details of the corresponding competence. For more information, see Creating and Modifying Competences.
This column displays whether the competences are mandatory or not mandatory for the matching process.
This column displays the weights of the competences.
This column displays the values of the competences received by the applicant.
This column displays the norm values of the competences defined for the vacancy.
This column displays the score for each competence. For more information on the calculations, see Release 230: New Calculation Method for Matching Functionality.
If you are shortlisting vacancies for an applicant using a competence that is linked to a field type with type defined as Value, the following logic applies:

If a competence is not mandatory for the matching process, the vacancy will not be viewed as a match for the applicant if the value of the competence in the competency profile of the applicant has not been rated. If the value of the competence is defined in the competency profile of the applicant, the vacancy that is viewed as a match for the applicant will have one of the following indicators:
If a competence is mandatory for the matching process, the vacancy will not be viewed as a match for the applicant if the norm value defined for the corresponding competence for the vacancy is higher than the rating received by the applicant. This is because the vacancy has a requirement that was not met by the applicant. Also, the vacancy will not be viewed as a match for the applicant if the norm value for the corresponding competence is not defined for the vacancy. Otherwise, the vacancy that is viewed as a match for the applicant will have the following indicators:
