Back to back orders are purchase orders or production orders derived from the demands or requirements in sales orders, production orders, and internal use. In this screen, you can create back to back orders based on the requirements.
You can filter the requirements for item(s) that you want to display by defining the search criteria and clicking Display. A list of items will be displayed if you click at Item. From the list, make your selection and click Select.
Click this to select a warehouse or more to display the requirements for item(s) belonging to the selected warehouse(s). By default, all warehouses are selected to display the requirements for items belonging to all warehouses. Once a warehouse (or more) is selected, a green check mark and “In use” are displayed.
Click this to select an item assortment or more to display the requirements for item(s) linked to the selected assortment(s). Once an assortment (or more) is selected, a green check mark and “In use” are displayed.
Select an item or a range of items to display the requirements for the selected item(s). By default, the All check box is selected to display the requirements for all items.
Select Order controlled to display requirements for order controlled items, select Stock controlled to display requirements for stock controlled items, or select All to display requirements for both stock controlled and order controlled items.
Type the number of days from the current date to display the orders from the defined number of days in the overview of MRP screen. You can type from 1 to 730. For example, if the date today is 01/01/2008 and the frequency is "3", all the sales orders with delivery dates from 01/01/2008 to 03/01/2008 will be displayed. This is mandatory. By default, the View field in the overview of MRP will display the defined value.
Click this to display the requirements for the item(s) based on the defined criteria.
