Then, click Internal use under the Selection section.
In this screen, you can obtain an overview of sales orders, production orders, internal use requests, interbranch transfer requests, and RTV orders which have been authorized. This document will describe how to obtain an overview of authorized internal use requests which are ready to be fulfilled or completed. During fulfillment, the inventory will be issued from the warehouse and delivered to the requestor, and hence complete the request.
The process flow is as follows:
You can filter the requests that you want to display by defining one or more search criteria. A list of options will be displayed if you click at Selection code, Customer, Resource, and Item code. From the list, select an option and click Select.
Select a warehouse to display requests linked to this warehouse. Select All to display requests linked to any warehouse.
Select Internal use to obtain an overview of internal use requests. Once selected, the following set of fields will be displayed:
Select a date to display requests with this fulfillment date. Select the All check box to display requests with any fulfillment date. For more information, see Creating and maintaining internal use requests, Creating multiple internal use requests, and Creating and maintaining group internal use requests. By default, the current date is displayed.
Click Advanced to expand the filter criteria. Once clicked, you will see the Selection code, Customer, Resource, Item code, Order, Project code, Group by, Our ref., Your ref., and Transaction date boxes as well as the Sort ascending and Show: No purchase order linked check boxes. Click Simple to hide the filter criteria.
Type or select a selection code to display requests categorized under this selection code. For more information, see Creating and maintaining selection codes.
Type or select a customer or debtor to display requests linked to this customer.
Type or select a resource to display requests created for this resource.
Type or select an item to display requests created for this item.
Type the full number of a sales order to display requests linked to this sales order.
Type the full code of a project to display requests linked to this project.
Select one of the following options to display the requests accordingly:
Select this check box to display the overview in an ascending order of the our reference number or item code.
Type a full our ref. number to display requests with this our reference number.
Type a your ref. number to display internal use requests that are grouped under this your reference number.
Select this check box to display requests which are not linked to any purchase order.
Type or select the transaction date of the internal use request.
After defining the search criteria, click Refresh to display the overview.
Note: It is possible that not all columns are displayed. You can add or delete columns as required. For more information, see Inserting and deleting columns.
This column displays the our reference number of the standard internal use request.
This column displays the your reference number of the group internal use request.
This column displays the reason for creating the request.
This column displays the creator for whom the request is created.
This column displays the quantity of the item requested in the request.
This column displays the fulfillment date of the request.
This column displays the code of the warehouse that will issue the item requested in the request.
This column displays the code of the item requested in the request.
Only the following buttons will be enabled when you select Internal use under the Selection section.
Click this to refresh the screen based on the latest criteria.
Click this to print a label for the item in the selected request. For more information, see Printing item labels for sales orders.
Note: This button is enabled only if a request is selected.
Click this to complete the selected request. Once clicked, a confirmation screen will display the message, ”Quantity to be delivered: Set to zero?”. Click Yes to continue the completion process or No to cancel.
Click this to fulfill the selected request. For more information, see Fulfilling internal use requests.
Click this to view or maintain the selected request. For more information, see Creating and maintaining internal use requests and Creating and maintaining group internal use requests.
Click this to exit.
