Customers are rated according to the revenue (contract) they generate. The bigger the contract, the more value the customer brings to the company. In Exact Synergy Enterprise, ratings used to value customers are based on the value of the contract generated by the customer.
All users are able to access this page to view the customer ratings. However, to modify rating rules, function right 261 – Maintain rating rules is required. By default, users with the Customer manager role have this function right.

The information in this document is applicable to product update 240 and higher. If you have versions lower than this, certain features explained here will not be applicable.
Click this to check if the set of values in the ratings overlap. If they do, Exact Synergy Enterprise will suggest a new value to correct the overlap. For example, if there is a rating 1 of a set of values 100 to 200, and another rating 2 of a set of values 150 to 300, there would be an overlapping of values from 150 to 200. Validation will detect the overlapping values and suggest a repair by changing the values of rating 2 to 201 to 300. For more information, see Validating customer rating rules.

This column displays the ratings of the customers. By default, there are seven sets of ratings. You can click the hyperlink to view or modify the corresponding rating. For more information, see Modifying customer rating rules.
This column displays the types of the accounts, which in this case, the accounts listed are of Customer type. You can click the hyperlink to view the list of customers belonging to the respective rating.
This column displays the starting values for the range of values that qualify for the customer ratings.
This column displays the ending values for the range of values that qualify for the customer rating.
This column displays the currencies associated to the customers.
