On this page, you can view details of the performance indicators created in the system as well as modify the indicators.

The information in this document is applicable to product update 253 and higher. If you have versions lower than this, certain features explained here will not be applicable.

This displays the code of the indicator.
This displays the description of the indicator.
This displays the field type linked to the indicator. You can click the hyperlink to view the details of the field type.
This displays the weight value of the attribute. Weight values are used during the calculation of ratings in the performance review profiles.
This displays another indicator which is linked to this indicator. You can only link to an indicator with the same field type, of the same type (competence/target agreement/performance indicator), and the indicator must not be previously linked to other indicators. By linking an indicator, the value or rating for this newly-created indicator will automatically follow the value or rating of the linked indicator. However, the value or rating can always be changed manually.
This displays the policy document attached to the indicator.
This check box indicates if the indicator can be added as a header in the New personal objectives section of a profile. If this check box is not selected, then the indicator cannot be added as a header, but can be linked to a profile and displayed in the Performance review section.
