Job groups represent collections of jobs in your company based on the distinctive job descriptions. At this menu path, you can delete any job group that has become unnecessary.
The information in this document is applicable to product update 407 and higher. If you have versions lower than this, certain features explained here will not be applicable.
Click this to search for job groups based on the defined criteria.
Click this to clear the defined criteria.
Type the number of rows to be displayed for each screen. If you have set the default number of rows to “50”, then 50 rows will be displayed. Therefore, if you have more than 50 rows listed, the Previous and Next buttons will become available.
Click this to return to the previous list of job groups.
Click this to go to the next list of job groups.
Select the required option to filter the search that starts with or contains a certain letter or word.
Type a full or partial job group code to search for the job group.
Type a full or partial description to search for the job group that matches the description.
Click this to delete the selected job group(s). You can only delete job groups that are not linked to a job title or a job activity. If you attempt to delete a job group which is linked to a job title or a job activity, a notification message will be displayed.
Click this to generate the print preview of the message.
Note: This button will only be displayed if you attempt to delete a job group which is linked to a job title or a job activity.
Click this to exit.
