HRM à Setup à Organization à Cost units
On this page, you can view a list of cost units as well as create or delete cost units.
All users can view the list of cost units. However, to create or modify cost units, function right 414 – Maintain cost units is required. Users with the General manager or HR role have this function right.
Notes:
The information in this document is based on product update 250.
Keep in mind: All fields with the "!" icon are mandatory.
Keep in mind: You cannot delete a cost unit that is currently linked to a person.
Click this to display the results according to the defined criteria.
Note: Once you have clicked this button, it will change to Refresh.
Click this to update the results according to the defined criteria.
Click this to create a cost unit. For more information, see Creating and modifying cost units.
Click this to delete the selected cost units.
Click this to exit.
Type or select the division code to display the cost units belonging to the selected division.
Type a number to define the number of cost units to be displayed on a single page. Click Show to update the page size.
Select the check boxes to determine the cost units that you want to delete.
This column displays the codes of the cost units. You can click the hyperlink to view the corresponding cost unit.
This column displays the descriptions of the cost units.
