Introduction

On this page, you can view the list of existing performance indicators in the system. In addition, you can also create indicators. Indicators are used to assess the skills and performance of employees.

Roles and rights

• To view the list of performance indicators, function right 99 – View performance review is required. By default, users with the HR role have this function right.
• To create and modify performance indicators, function right 107 – Maintain performance review is required. By default, users with the HR role have this function right.

What version are you using?

The information in this document is applicable to product update 253 and higher. If you have versions lower than this, certain features explained here will not be applicable.

How do I view performance indicators?

1. On the HRM: Performance indicators page, click the corresponding hyperlink under the Code column.
2. Click Close to exit.

How do I modify existing performance indicators?

1. On the HRM: Performance indicators page, click the corresponding hyperlink under the Code column.
2. Click Edit.
3. Make the necessary changes, and then click Save.

How do I create performance indicators?

1. On the HRM: Performance indicators page, click New. The HRM: Performance review - New page will be displayed.
2. Define the required information.
3. Click Save to save the entry, or Save + New to save the entry and to create another attribute.

Keep in mind: All fields with the "!" icon are mandatory.
