A person can have his or her own work schedule instead of following the work schedule defined for the organization or division. A person can have multiple work schedules linked to him or her, but the time of the schedules must not be overlapped. For example, the end time of the first schedule must not overlap the start time of the second schedule.
At this page, you can view the listing of all individual work schedules created.
HRM/Setup/Schedules/Work schedules
All users can view the individual work schedule.
To maintain individual work schedules, function right 102 – Maintain individual work schedule is required. Users with the HR and HR assistant roles have this function right.
For more details on what you can do with function rights or levels, go to System/Setup/Security/Function rights, select the required module, and then click on the relevant ID. To find out the functions you can perform with a particular role, go to System/Setup/Security/Roles, type in the description, click Refresh, and then click the required link under the Role column.
Click this to update the results according to the defined criteria.
Click this to create a new work schedule.
Click this to delete the selected work schedule. The work schedule can only be deleted if it is not linked to anyone.
Click this to exit.
This displays the division of the individual work schedules. Type or select a division code to view the individual work schedules belonging to the selected division. Once selected, you can click the name of the division to view the division card. For more information, see Viewing Division Cards.
The name of the division and the name of the schedule will be displayed under the Division and Schedule name respectively. You can click the name of the schedule to view the work hours defined. For more information, see Viewing Individual Work Schedules. The total number of work days defined for the schedule is displayed under the Number of days column. You can click the name of the schedule to view the work schedule.
