On this page, you can add or maintain the personal activities and materials of a person. When planning project hours and other requests for the person, you can only select from a list of personal activities and materials. This helps avoid errors and confusion.
To view, add, or remove personal activities or materials of any Professional services automation (PSA) user, the Project controller role is required. Users can only add personal activities and materials for users who have PSA license roles, which are the Hour entry, Project manager, and Project controller roles. A user with the Project manager license role is allowed to view personal activities and materials of other PSA users who are members of projects managed by the said user.

This section displays the personal activities and material of the person. To add a new personal activities and material, click Add. Once you click the Add button, the Activities & material browser is displayed with the option to select between Activity and Material. By default, the Activity option is selected.
Note: Any changes made to the item code at the Item: Recode: Item page will be updated on the Personal activities & material page automatically. If an item that is linked to a person’s list of personal activities and materials is deleted on the item card, the item will be deleted from the Personal activities & material page automatically. If you remove the PSA role from a person, all personal activities and materials will be deleted.
