Note: This menu path will only be available if you set the competency method to Advanced in the HRM general settings. For more information, see Defining HRM general settings.
To view the list of competences, function right 505 – View payroll components is required. User with the HR role have this function right.To create and modify competences, function right 508 – Maintain payroll components is required. Users with the HR role have this function right.

This displays the codes of the competences. You can click a hyperlink to view and modify the corresponding competence. For more information, see Viewing competences. In addition, you can sort the listing by codes in ascending or descending order by clicking or respectively.
This displays the descriptions of the competences. You can sort the listing by descriptions in ascending or descending order by clicking or respectively.
This displays the field types of the competences.
This displays the weight values of the competences. Weight values are used during the calculation of ratings in the competency profiles and scores for the applicant-vacancy matching process.
