On this page, you can create, modify, or delete job title.
To create or modify job titles, function right 96 — Maintain job titles is required. By default, users with the HR role have this function right.
Note:
The information in this document is applicable to product update 259 and higher. If you have versions lower than this, certain features explained here will not be applicable.
Keep in mind: All fields with the "!" icon are mandatory.
Keep in mind: You cannot delete a job title that is currently linked to a person.

Click this to save entry for the job title.

Type the code of the job title. Once the entry is saved, the code cannot be modified.
Type the description of the job title.
Type or select a job group code to be linked to the job title.
Type or select a job activity code to be linked to the job title.
Type the job level or range of job levels for the job title. The value in the second box must be equal to or greater than the value in the first box. If the value in the first box is any number other than “0”, the information in the second box becomes mandatory. A job level can be used as a representation of the hierarchy level in an organization or in the financial component as a basis for salary.
Type the security level of the job title. When a person is assigned to this particular job title, the security level of the person will be filled in with the value defined in this field.
Select a document to be linked to this job title.
Type additional remarks for the job title.
