This page allows you to view the roles of the main contact person for the reseller.

Roles & rights

All users can view the roles of the main contact person for the reseller.

What version are you using?

The information in this document is applicable to product update 257 and higher. If you have versions lower than this, certain features explained here will not be applicable.

How do I link roles to the main contact person for the reseller?

1. On the Accounts: Search page, define the search criteria.
2. Click Show.
3. Select a reseller in the Account name column.
4. Click Security under the Contacts section.
5. Click New.
6. Define the fields.
7. Click Save.

Keep in mind: Roles can be linked to the contact person only if the contact person is the main contact person for the reseller. Thus, this functionality is only available for the main contact person.

How do I delete roles of the main contact person for the reseller?

1. On the Accounts: Search page, define the search criteria.
2. Click Show.
3. Select a reseller in the Account name column.
4. Click Security under the Contacts section.
5. Select the check box of the contact person that you want to delete.
6. Click Delete. The message “Are you sure that you want to delete this record?” will be displayed.
7. Click Yes.
