The Titles screen is displayed once the icon at Title is clicked.
Note: It is possible that not all the columns in the overview are displayed. You can add or delete columns as required. For more information on how to customize the displayed columns, see Inserting and deleting columns.
Click this to search for a title based on the search criteria.
Click this to clear the search criteria.
Type the number of rows to be displayed for each screen. If you have set the default number of rows to 10, then 10 rows will be displayed. Therefore, if you have more than 10 rows listed, you will see the Previous and Next buttons.
Click this to return to the previous screen.
Click this to go to the next screen.
Select the required option to filter the search that starts with or contains a certain letter or word.
Type a full or partial title code to search for a title.
Type a description or part of it to search for the title that matches this description.
Select Male, Female, Unknown, or All to display the search results according to your selection. Male displays all titles for male, Female displays all titles for female, Unknown displays all titles for unknown gender, and All displays all available titles.
Select All, Yes, or No to display the search results according to your selection.All displays all available default values, Yes displays only the default values, and No displays only the non-default values. The user will determine if a title is a default value by selecting the Default check box during the creation of the title.
Type a full or partial language code to search for a title in the particular language.
Click this to select a title that you want to use.
Note: This button is enabled only if a title is selected.
Click this to view or modify a title.
Click this to create a new title.
Click this to exit.
