Overview of hour items

Introduction
In Exact Globe Next, tasks and activities are defined as hour items. They are used to record the number of hours utilized or realized for performing those tasks and activities. At this screen, you can obtain an overview of hour items.
Fields
You can filter the hour items that you want to display by defining your search criteria and clicking Search. The hour items that match the defined criteria are then displayed.
Note: It is possible that not all columns are displayed. You can add or delete columns as required. For more information, see Inserting and deleting columns
Search
Click this to display the hour items based on the defined criteria.
Clear
Click this to clear the defined criteria.
Number of rows
Type the number of rows to be displayed in each screen. If you have set the default number of rows to 10, then 10 rows will be displayed. Therefore, if you have more than 10 rows listed, you will see the Previous and Next buttons.
Previous
Click this to return to the previous list of entries.
Next
Click this to display the next list of entries.
Warehouse
Select a warehouse to display hour items linked to this warehouse.Select All to display hour items linked to any warehouse.
Filter
Click this to display the Assortment 1 to Assortment 10 fields and the Status check boxes.
Assortment
Select one assortment or more to display hour items linked to the assortment(s).
Note: The number of assortments displayed depends on the assortment(s) you have defined under the Assortments section in Item data settings and other menu paths. For more information, see Creating and maintaining assortments. If you have defined two assortments, then two assortment boxes will be displayed. You can define up to 10 assortments.
Status
Select the Active, Blocked, Discontinued, Future, and/or Inactive check boxes to display hour items with the corresponding status(es).
Filter
Select starts with or contains to display hour items with codes and/or descriptions that start with or contain a certain letter or word.
Item code
Type a full or partial code to display items with codes that start or contain the entered characters.
Description
Type a full or partial description to display items with descriptions that start with or contain the entered characters.
Buttons
Recode
Click this to change the code of the selected hour item. For more information, see Recoding.
Copy
Click this to copy all the basic information of the selected item to a new item that you want to create. If you have selected the relevant options before copying, you can also copy its attachment, linked resources, main warehouse and main supplier. For more information, see Copying items.
Delete
Click this to delete the selected hour item. Once clicked, a confirmation message will be displayed. Click Yes to confirm deleting the hour item or No to cancel.
Open
Click this to view or edit the selected hour item. For more information, see Creating and maintaining hour items.
New
Click this to create an hour item. For more information, see Creating and maintaining hour items.
Close
Click this to exit.
