Introduction
At this page, you can obtain an overview of planning with the created requests, per project. The request must be linked to a project whereby the Project field is defined as mandatory in the corresponding request type. You can create or modify request types at Workflow/Setup/Requests/Request types.

Roles & rights
All users can access this page.
For more details on what you can do with function rights or levels, go to System/Setup/Security/Function rights, select the required module, and then click on the relevant ID. To find out the functions you can perform with a particular role, go to System/Setup/Security/Roles, type in the description, click Refresh, and then click the required link under the Role column.
Button
Show
Click this to display the overview according to the defined criteria.
Note: Once you have clicked this button, the name of the button will change to Refresh.
Refresh
Click this to refresh the overview based on the latest criteria defined.
Reset
Click this to clear the defined criteria so that you can define a new overview.
Close
Click this to exit.
Description
Criteria section
Project
Type or select a project to display the requests linked to this project. This information is mandatory.
Note: If you access this page by clicking the Request planning link under the Monitor section of a project card, this is pre-filled with the corresponding project.
Request: Status
Select the Open, Approved, Realized, Processed, and/or Rejected check boxes to display the requests with the corresponding status. Clear all the check boxes to display the requests with any status. By default, the Open, Approved, Realized, and Processed check boxes are selected.
Category
Type or select a request category to display the requests created under this category. Leave this blank to display the requests created under any request category.
Type
Type or select a request type to display the requests created using this request type. Leave this blank to view the requests created using any request type.
Request
Select one or both check boxes to display the corresponding requests:
- Realized (Request): Use : Planned date – Select this check box to display the realized and processed requests without any realization date. The system will assume that the planned date defined in the request is the realization date.
- Use current date for requests without date – Select this check box to display the requests without any start and end date. The system will assume that the current date is the start and end date of the planning.
Show (Children)
Type or select the appropriate level of children.
- No – Select this to display the requests linked to the selected project only.
- Level: 1 – Select this to display the requests linked to the selected project and one level of child projects.
- Level: 2 – Select this to display the requests linked to the selected project and two levels of child projects.
- Level: 3 – Select this to display the requests linked to the selected project and three levels of child projects.
- Level: All – Select this to display the requests linked to the selected project and all its child projects.
Layout section
Scale
Type or select Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly to display the overview in the corresponding scale.
Note: When you select Daily, Weekly, or Monthly, the Date field is available. When you select Yearly, the Year field is available.
View
Type or select one of the following:
- Members – Select this to display the overview by members of the selected project. If you select Members but the requests that match the defined criteria is not assigned to a person who is a member of the selected project, then the requests will not be listed.
- Requests – Select this to display the overview by requests.
- Item 1 – Select this to display the overview by the item linked to the requests. However, if the requests match the defined criteria but not linked to any item, then the requests will not be listed.
Date
Type or select a date or range of dates to display the requests that start or end on this date(s).
Note: This is available only when the overview is in a daily, weekly, or monthly scale. The planned start and end dates are defined in the Start date and End date fields of the corresponding requests. You can view or modify requests at Workflow/Reports/Requests/Search. If the request are assigned to you, you can also view the request by clicking Requests at the left menu.
Year
Type or select a year to display the requests that start or end in this year.
Note: This is available only when the overview is in a yearly scale. The planned start and end dates are defined in the Start date and End date fields of the corresponding request planning. You can view or modify requests at Workflow/Reports/Requests/Search. If the requests are assigned to you, you can also view the request by clicking Requests at the left menu.
Request section
Request type
Select a request type to create a new request linked to the selected project using this request type. Then click New.
Note: This section is available only if the selected project is in Proposed or Active status. It will be displayed after clicking Show.
Result section
By default, you can view the following information in the overview:
- Members – This displays the names of the members of the selected project and the requests linked to each of them. Click the hyperlinked names and request IDs to view the corresponding personal cards and requests. This information is available only when you group the report by Members.
- Requests – This displays the requests linked to the selected project. Click the hyperlink to view the details of the corresponding requests. This information is available only when you group the report by Requests.
- Item 1 – This displays the items registered in the requests linked to the selected project. Click the hyperlinked item codes and request IDs to view the corresponding item cards and requests. This information is available only when you group the report by Item 1.
- Daily columns – Each column displays the planned and realization details per day, based on the planned or realization dates of the requests. This information is available only when the layout is in a daily scale.
- Weekly columns – Each column displays the planned and realization details per week, based on the planned or realization dates of the requests. This information is available only when the layout is in a weekly scale.
- Monthly columns – Each column displays the planned and realization details per month, based on the planned or realization dates of the requests. This information is available only when the layout is in a monthly scale.
- Yearly columns – Each column displays the planned and realization details per year, based on the planned or realization dates of the requests. This information is available only when the layout is in a yearly scale.
Each record in the Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly columns consists of two lines:
- First line – This represents the planned details.
- Second line – This represents the realized details. This is available only when the request is realized.
The columns will be highlighted based on the planned or realization dates, and the color of the cells are determined by the status of the requests.
- Blue – The value in this cell represents the number of hours planned in the requests.
- Green – The value in this cell represents the number of hours realized for the request.
- Grey – This cell does not show any value.
Summary section
At this section, you can obtain the summary of all the listed requests.
Status
The colors represent the status of the requests on a particular day, week, month, or year.
- Light blue – This represents Open or Approved requests.
- Green – This represents Realized or Processed requests.
- Grey – This represents Rejected requests.
Legend
The legend represents the status of the corresponding request. They are available in the Status column. To show the Status column, click Customize.
- – This represents approved requests.
- – This represents realized or processed requests
- – This represents rejected requests.
Hours (Planned)
This displays the total planned hours per request status.
Hours (Actual)
This displays the total actual hours per request status.
Amount (Planned)
This displays the total planned amount per request status.
Amount (Actual)
This displays the total actual amount per request status.
Customize
Click at the title bar to customize the fields or sections. You can add or remove existing criteria based on your preferences by selecting or clearing the relevant check boxes. Click Save to save the settings, Default to reset your selections to the default setting, or Close to exit without saving.
