You can create new vacancies at HR ➔ People➔ Maintain under the Vacancies tab. Before you create new vacancies, you must define the available job postings in your organization. Under the Vacancies tab, you can authorize a person with a HR role to view the status of vacancies and to link the selected vacancy to a person. You can keep track of the vacancy ID, manager in charge and which cost center the vacancy belongs to. Other details include the job title, commencement date, job focus, and skills requirements. You can also link the applicant(s) to the selected vacancy. Apart from creating new vacancies, you can also edit, authorize, or delete vacancies.
Before you can view or link the vacancy to a person, you need to select a person first. Without the relevant resource information filled in under the General tab, all fields under the Vacancies tab cannot be modified.
